Relax! This isn’t one of those crazy 1000 push-up challenges or anything like that. I am simply trying to get a wheel turning. Did you know that in order to be successful in a goal you should start out in tiny increments? I think exercise is very important and should be eventually done 5-6 days a week. They don’t have to be hard core sessions every time! Mix up the days between recovery, weights, HIIT, cardio, yoga, pilates, etc. There is so much you can do that will make you not hate exercising. So to start off this week, I just want you to challenge yourself and exercise for a good 45min-1hour, two times this week! 

After the week ends, take a step back, analyze your performance, and build on your goal. The next couple weeks push it to 3 days of exercise and 1 day of stretching- or walking. Find your routine, and excel at it. Don’t make a huge challenge that you know you can’t reach. Just make your goals challenging, but doable.
