Program Structure

I became a High Performance Coach, because after learning and practicing these habits, I had to teach others on how to live their life, truly, to the fullest. You will discover the true potential in your life, and feel the results of a charged life! As a Certified High Performance Coach, I will work with you in this process through five key principles Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity and Influence.

What will I learn?

Over the next 12 weeks you will engage with 12 topics that will help you reach heightened and sustained levels of performance and potential in your life. I believe every business investment should be taken seriously, so I have provided a thorough overview of my High Performance Coaching one on one program as well as all of the topics we will explore.

High Performance Focal Points

In our first session, we will discover your focus, level of agency and habits.

Clarity

Our goal for this session is to gain immediate, behavioral-driven clarity and intentionality. What are your strengths? What do we need to work on?

Energy

In this session you will learn new practices that will help improve your energy that you feel and generate each day.

Courage

What do you back away from? What will you take on, full charge? In this session, you will gain confidence, decisiveness, and momentum.

Productivity

In this session you will be given tools that will help you keep your productivity up, so you can be more effective during your life and work time.

Influence

Our goal in this session is to guage how influential you are in your relationships and career. I will be teaching you some tools that will help boost your level of action and influence.

Psychology Mastery

We are now halfway through the progam! Let’s go  deeper into the six pillars of high performance: your psychology, physiology, persuasive skills, presence, and purpose.

We will develop a free consciously-directed positively engaged mind.

Physiology Mastery

We are revisiting Session #3 on Energy, and I’ll assist you in activating your physiology in a way that makes you feel stronger and more vibrant.

Productivity Mastery

One session of productivity isn’t enough! How are you at cutting out distracting activites? In this session, we will see how you have been performing, so we can make you even more productive than before.

Persuasion Mastery

Our goal in this session is to raise your skills in persuasion, target the areas where you need to be more effective, and raise your influence.

Purpose Mastery

We are closing up the program, and want to make sure you are reaching your goals. Are you living and leading with purpose? Let’s dig deep.

Commitment to High Performance

In this the final session we will check in on your performance and define your best areas for commitment and discipline moving forward. To continue to gain high performing results, you need to be commited every day. Look at this potential!
